Updated images provided on 2017-05-19. Major changes over previous versions:
- Supports nova serial console log on all images (was only enabled on some; nova console-log is supported on KVM based h2 flavors in OTC)
- Update from libs3-2 to libs3-4, supporting multipart up/download.
- Root disk mounted by label (thus working across hypervisors and bare metal)
- Console login hint changed to "Initial console login" to avoid confusion
- openSUSE42 + SLES12: new OpenStack newton python client tools
- Latest maintenance and security updates from all distros, as always ...
