<p><strong>Oracle Linux 7 Image reaches End of Service on 31st December 2024.</strong></p>
<p>Oracle Linux 7 Image reaches it’s official End of Service Status <a href="https://www.oracle.com/a/ocom/docs/elsp-lifetime-069338.pdf">Premier Support End</a> on the 31st December 2024. As of this date, OTC public images for Oracle Linux 7 are no longer updated anymore and are being hidden from web console. At the same time the Open Telekom Support for those images are no longer valid:</p>

<p>Already existing ECS installed with one of these images:</p>
<ul>

<p>A new ECS can still be installed with a discontinued image by using its image id directly.
Using a discontinued image is without OTC support.</p>
<p>OTC internal package repositories preconfigured in Enterprise_OracleLinux_7_latest images will be available until 31st March 2025.<br />
